My approach is holistic and integrative. As a qualified yoga therapist and an experienced yoga
facilitator, I understand the interconnectedness of mind, body and
spirit, offering clients tools such as breathing exercises, meditation and
movement to support their overall
wellbeing. I also recognise how familial, societal, and environmental systems shape our experiences and sense of self.
As an integrative
therapist, I draw from a range of therapeutic
approaches to facilitate your healing and growth, including attachment theory, trauma-informed,
mindfulness, and somatic practices, to help you connect
with the innate wisdom of your body. Our sessions together will likely
include a blend of Western
and Eastern therapeutic approaches.
